From NRO: "So remember: In about 15 hours or so the rumors and leaks are going to start – It’s an Obama landslide! Exit polls show him winning North Carolina by 15 points! In Vermont, McCain will be the first major party candidate not to break into double digits…
It’s all rubbish. Exit polls skew Dem. In 2004, they overstated Kerry’s support by 5.5 points. Which doesn’t sound a lot. But, given that there were only ten states where the margin of victory was less than 5%, that was enough to make Kerry briefly appear the winner. The point of all the afternoon leakage is to depress turnout in the Florida panhandle and points west. Don’t fall for it."
Doesn't matter how it turns out, when was the last time the early exit polls really told us anything useful? Just vote.
What is the value of liberty to you? Is it worth the price of a government check?

Too bad you live in a state that doesn't matter, senhor maçador.
Hey, you dog Jim! Como vai? And where are you living now, anyhow? True enough Obama won't take Utah, but still...
Hey puxa saco. I am in South Florida (been here over 6 years). What I meant was that states like Utah, NY, etc. that are one sided don't really influence the final outcome. Balanced states like Florida do. Oh, by the way, I voted for Obama. Go blue (and that's not to be interpreted as anything to do with football).
Obama has some great qualities for sure. I'm on the other side based on policies and also based on not trusting based on Obama's actual history compared to his words in the campaign. But if he wins, as seems likely, I'll hope for the best, for sure.
Hey I'm waiting for you on the Cougar football side!
To tell you the truth I really don't watch much college football these days (except for bowl games). I did go see a couple of Canes games several years ago but with my limited time, I'm more into tennis and hockey. Cougars look good this year. Too bad they lost or they might have been in the Orange Bowl.
